※RETURNS/EXCHANGES※
All items are handcrafted and customized with care therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are every sentimental and important, so if you do have an issue with your purchase, please feel free to contact us and we can solve the issue.

※CANCELLATIONS※
I work very hard to ensure that you have your jewelry out in a timely fashion so I start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 12 hours upon purchasing.

※ADJUSTMENTS※
If you did not order the correct size or your jewelry doesn’t fit, we do offer a resizing or adjustment service, an additional fee will be applied.

※LOST IN THE MAIL※
All packages are insured up to the sale price USD, so if your package states “delivered” and you have not received it, please email me and I will start the insurance claim and the remaking process for your order.

※ NO RETURNS ON THESE ITEMS※
The following items CAN NOT be returned:
BODY JEWELRY CAN NOT be returned. Due to health concerns and for sanitary reasons. This includes nose studs, nose rings, cartilage rings, tragus jewelry, lip rings, etc. This is a standard policy in the body jewelry industry that protects the health of the consumer.
Please be sure to read the entire description carefully as well as how to purchase the correct size of body jewelry. I am not responsible if you measure your piercing incorrectly. The sizing recommendations are not exact, they are just guidelines to help you find the right size for your piercing.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Your package will be sent to the address provided via the website account.

Contact me first if you are an international customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to me without prior authorization.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • your ordered the wrong size and you want to return it.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

If approved to return your product, you should mail your product to: address will be provided upon email approval.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
