My current turnaround time is about 1-2 business days upon ordering. Every item I make is custom made from the heart and well worth the wait. Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process.

All orders are shipped and insured up to the price you paid using USPS. You will receive an email from ETSY once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly.

Domestic First Class shipping is FREE and takes 5-7 business days upon being shipped from my workshop. This option is available in the drop down menu upon checkout.
※USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING※
Priority shipping is $9.00 and takes 3-5 business days upon being shipped from our workshop. This option is available in the drop down menu upon checkout.
※USPS EXPRESS SHIPPING※
Express shipping is $35.00 and is guaranteed to arrive in 3 business days upon being shipped from our workshop. This option is available in the drop down menu upon checkout.
US Buyers
- Orders $50+ are insured and offer free shipping

International Custom Charges
※INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES※
All international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times but we do insure all packages in case of loss. We’ve found that the best international shipping method is FEDEX. Please contact us if you’d like to make any changes to your shipping method. Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective countries.
※Additionally, due to COVID-19, we suggest taking into account potential delays once your order is shipped. Once your shipment arrives in your country, it is handed off to your national postal service so tracking updates can be sparse. Please check with your postal system for additional updates regarding your package.
Lost Packages
For purchases of $50+: IF packages are lost, stolen, or have just dropped off the face of the earth the WAIT time for an insurance claim is 21 days from the mailing date on US shipments and 45 days wait for international to start the claim. Please let me know you have not received your item AFTER this wait time via email @hiwire808@admin
※LOST IN THE MAIL※
All packages are insured up to the sale price USD, so if your package states “delivered” and you have not received it, please email me and I will start the insurance process and the remaking process for your order.
THIS IS THE WAIT TIME FOR DELIVERY. AFTER THE CLAIM IS OPEN THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL 21 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO REVIEW YOUR CASE. When this happens I will notify my insurance company that you have not received your merchandise and you will be required to sign an affidavit through email stating the circumstances.
When the claim is approved, I will resend a new package with replacement merchandise. NO refunds are given.
It is unfortunate when packages get lost so patience is appreciated.
